2. Description of Services
SENA Health provides AI-powered healthcare access, patient engagement, and care coordination solutions including the Access Command Center platform, Heal at Home services, and related consulting and implementation services (collectively, the “Services”). The Site is intended for healthcare professionals, medical group administrators, health system executives, and other business decision-makers evaluating or using SENA Health’s Services.
The Site and its content are not intended to provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or direct patient care. Clinical decisions should always be made by qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable standards of care.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Use
The Site and Services are intended for use by authorized business users, including healthcare organizations, medical groups, health systems, and their respective employees and agents. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

4. Healthcare Compliance and HIPAA
SENA Health operates in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The Site itself does not collect, transmit, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Any processing of PHI in connection with SENA Health’s platform Services is governed by separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and service agreements entered into between SENA Health and its healthcare organization clients.

5. Demo Requests and Contact Forms
When you submit a demo request, contact form, or other inquiry through the Site, you consent to being contacted by SENA Health representatives via phone, email, or other communication channels regarding your inquiry and SENA Health’s Services. Submission of any form on the Site does not create a contractual obligation for SENA Health to provide services, and any formal service engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

SENA HEALTH’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits SENA Health’s liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or in any other case where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SENA Health and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
